Event Policy Tokyo Sake Challenge ‘Japan Life”
Please read the following carefully before purchasing your ticket.
1. Age Restriction
This event is strictly limited to guests aged 20 years and older, in accordance with Japanese law.
Valid photo identification may be requested upon entry.
Guests under the age of 20 will not be admitted, and tickets will not be refunded.
2. Responsible Alcohol Consumption
Japan Life is a sake tasting event. Guests are expected to drink responsibly.
Alcohol will not be served to persons under 20 years of age.
Alcohol will not be served to visibly intoxicated guests.
The organizers reserve the right to refuse service or entry to anyone deemed intoxicated or disruptive.
Please plan your return home safely and do not drink and drive. We strongly encourage the use of public transportation.
Guests are solely responsible for monitoring their own alcohol consumption.
3. Token System
Sake tastings are available through the official event token system.
Tokens are included in your ticket package.
Additional tokens may be available for purchase on site (subject to availability).
Tokens are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Unused tokens cannot be refunded after the event.
Full token details will be explained at the venue.
4. Admission & Re-Entry
Entry is permitted only with a valid ticket.
Upon entry, guests will receive an official event wristband.
Re-entry is permitted only for guests wearing their event wristband.
We kindly ask guests to keep their wristband on for the entire duration of the event.
Lost or removed wristbands cannot be replaced.
The organizers reserve the right to deny entry or re-entry to anyone not wearing a valid wristband.
The organizers also reserve the right to deny entry to anyone who violates event policies or is deemed intoxicated or disruptive.
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
All ticket sales are final.
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
In the unlikely event that the event must be canceled or postponed due to force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or venue-related issues), further instructions will be provided via the official event communication channels.
6. Liability Disclaimer
By attending this event, guests acknowledge and agree that:
Participation is at their own risk.
The organizers are not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property.
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings at all times.
The organizers assume no responsibility for allergic reactions or health-related issues arising from the consumption of sake or any products served at the event.
7. Photography & Media
Photos and videos will be taken during the event for promotional and documentation purposes.
By attending, guests consent to being photographed and filmed.
8. Venue Rules & Conduct
Outside food and beverages (including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks) are strictly prohibited. Guests may not bring any external food or drinks into the venue.
If outside food or beverages are found, guests may be asked to step outside the venue to consume or dispose of them before re-entering. Re-entry will be permitted only with a valid event wristband.
Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward other attendees, staff, and venue property.
Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the event without refund.
Security and event staff will be present to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all
guests.
