We were thrilled to host the inaugural Tokyo Sake Challenge in March 2025, welcoming SSA-certified sake sommeliers as professional judges, not only from Japan but from around the world.

For the first time, we introduced additional categories, including craft sake, doburoku, nigori, and koshu, allowing us to showcase a wider spectrum of the remarkable beverages submitted by participating breweries.

It was a true pleasure to welcome such a distinguished panel of judges. The morning was filled with incredible energy, and the event provided a valuable opportunity for connection and networking as everyone came together to evaluate the exceptional sake we had on hand.
